UK DELIVERY

• Economy Shipping is £2 for orders under £50, and FREE on orders over £50

• All Economy Orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 - please allow up to 5 Working Days for delivery

• Economy Shipping is not fully trackable, but you will receive a parcel number which provides proof of delivery or attempted delivery

• Economy Shipping orders may not ship same day on some occasions

• Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday

• Priority Shipping is £4 on all orders

• All Priority Orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked - please allow up to 3 Working Days for delivery

• Priority Shipping is fully trackable on the Royal Mail Website

• Priority Orders placed before 2pm will ship same day

• Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday

• Next Day Delivery is £8 on all orders

• Next Day Delivery orders are sent by either DHL couriers or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery

• Next Day Delivery orders are fully trackable, and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel

• All Next Day Delivery orders will ship same day if placed before 2pm

• Please note that orders placed before 2pm will be delivered Monday

• Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday

OTHER USEFUL INFO...

• Royal Mail's 24 and 48 services are only guidelines for time. Including the time to process your order and any local weather or traffic conditions your order may take longer than this to reach you

• We have no Royal Mail or Courier collections on Saturdays or Sunday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, regardless of the delivery service you have chosen will not ship until Monday

• Many deliveries will be too big to post through a standard letter box

• If you know you are not going to be home to sign for/collect a delivery you can specify a work address to have your order shipping to, as long as it is a registered business

• Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable

Please double check postcodes, house numbers, and business names when placing your order as you will be liable for any lost parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
